MJB Energy Resources Inc., through it's principal Michael J. Brennan, brings a team of 30+ years experience in construction, banking & tax expertise that will define, implement & follow-up service energy enhancements or renewable new technology strategies for its clients.

We custom design the client's “energy saving strategies" by appropriately tailoring for corporation sustainability & environmental challenges.

We assist clients in understanding their utility company's economic benefits utilizing a matrix of kilowatt usage, capital investment, employee growth & average wage for up to a 10-year contract.

Lighting Strategy

We design a long-term lighting & maintenance strategy based upon the lighting needs for the work-space below the fixture, i.e., office, production, warehouse, storage, racking system, etc.

Capital Stack

We tailor the energy management service to provide the lowest cost associated with implementing the project, whether cash, operational lease, or debt.

Tax Benefits

Whether the CRE is owned or leased, corporate office, or a recreational facility, all businesses need to minimize their tax liability and risk. We seek out the highest tax-efficient strategy by either bonus depreciation through CARES Act or EPAct up to $1.80 psf.
